The blood spurt is timed a little slow, and everything else seems to move by too fast. But it gets the point across, I suppose. Still, you might want to try acting things out with a stopwatch when making animations like this in the future.

It's an anime, Elfen Lied. (Didn't know if you were into anime.)
Lucy was like bullied when she was kid,and these mean kids killed her puppy right in front of her!
Thus, she used her vectors (invisible arms) and she killed them all, you just saw the blood splatter and all that.

It was, after that she met the boy she loved, the only one who didn't judge her for having horns. But then he lied to her and broke her heart, in revenge she killed his father and his sister (his mom already died.) She was locked away in a mental hospital, and for years she tried to escape to see him again so she could apologize...

As bad as bullying is, it's just as bad to fantasize about hurting the people who hurt you. Because in all honesty, you'll never do anything like this, and if you did, you would be no better than them. It's not my intention at all to troll or pick on you, but this is just... well in all honesty equal amounts of creepy and pathetic.
