Where everyone else makes Zuko seem like the tough, aggressive guy, you make him look more like the vulnerable guy. Still cool, but... I don't know. To be really honest, he reminds me of my mother XD. And that's a good thing! She's all cool and stuff, and some things Zuko says in you comic I can just see my mum saying.
Okay enough about my mum

Ha ha ha, thanks! I'm actually glad you think so, because that's kind of what I wanted for Zuko in this comic. He's definitely not tough! Although he is actually a lot stronger than he might seem. I tried to imagine what he would be like with much less trauma in his life, and without being a prince. He always struck me as a basically very sweet character, but with a lot of bad experiences in his past that influenced his behavior. Yeah, I guess he talks a bit like a cool mom, probably because his own mom was such a big influence on him. Sokka definitely teases him about his momlike behavior.
Ha ha ha, and Jet is INTENSE. He doesn't know the meaning of the word "chill".

Me too! When he's in his 'softy'-mode in the series, he's so nice and caring. And about that he is actually much stronger than he seems in your comic; that's also teh same with my mother XD She has lived with buddhist monks for a few years and knows all about martial arts and discipline. (also, she was race-crazed. I can totally see her on a huge motorcycle. Like Lara Croft

Yes, Jet in this AU definitely has issues, though they're not as bad as his issues in canon, fortunately.
I do enjoy fictional drama and arguments, although I try to avoid the real things at all costs!
