June 28th, 2014Actually saw better storms this day within a couple miles of my house than I did the previously day hours from home! That's how chasing works
Storms formed to the northwest, dragging this lovely tiered shelf cloud just north of town. Got some video of fireworks exploding in front of these storms, which sold to NBC news outlets. Pretty neat to see parts of your home town on tv, especially when you were the one that shot it!
