June 19th, 2011The Alma, NE nuclear testing facility.
...a.k.a. some ridiculous nighttime supercell structure, after being digitally manipulated
Nothing too crazy, pretty much just reflected the original image horizontally since its structure already reminded me of a giant bomb going off. I'm allowed to take some liberties and engage in a little stress-relief editing every now and then

Surreal. I understand the "mirror image" thing but how did you keep the lightning from being mirrored as well? Must have spent some considerable time manipulating that eh? Brilliant idea to take out the mirrored communications tower. Very creative work. Sure to get raves!

i think he didn't use just one picture but two taken a few seconds apart from each other and from slightly different angle then mirrored one and put the whole thing together.
