@inukag-week DAY 3 - “Promise”

What if… Kirinmaru and Sesshomaru attacked them earlier than in Yashahime. In this AU Kagome is still pregnant. Both Kagome and Inuyasha know that she can’t come with him for the sake of their child. So Inuyasha takes his wife to Koga. They want to keep the fight away from Miroku and Sango, especially from their kids. Koga seems to be a good choice. He is strong, has a strong pack and cares for them.

Kagome knows that she can’t be at her husbands side in this fight but she is still devastated and anxious at the thought of losing Inuyasha. So she can’t let him go without a promise. The promise to come back to her and their baby.

This one made me cry several times in the process. It’s my second favourite I think… maybe because I love to rewrite Yashahime in every possible direction. 😂
