I always refer to this one in your book when looking for inspiration in mountain/character comps. I'm still trying to find decent lessons on painting mountains in photoshop. Most of my stuff is guesswork until I like what I see.

any special brushes you used? just curious because most artists would have but i cant seem to spot any trace of them

thanks! at that time, I don't think I was using anything especially crazy - probably the "square chalk" brush in Photoshop, which is one of the default ones.
