Description I officially have the best summer job in the world. I work in a quiet clothes shop so when there are no customers (which is the majority of the time) I am allowed to draw, read and listen to music for 8 hours a day. The drawings in my gallery done in pen on lined paper are the products of my days at work. Enjoy

Congratz for your summer job! I'm still amazed how real your drawings looks! How have you learned to draw like this and how much time it took? No need to answer to these if you don't want to but it would be very helpful and interesting to know

Haha thanks! Well, I started to learn to draw portraits when I was 12 (I'm 20 now) but I was only really interested in graphite until last year when I moved onto charcoal. What I like to do is find other people's drawings and copy their techniques so that I have a more holistic approach, but mostly I just experiment. This drawing is only my 6th one in pen so really I'm still learning. Learning to draw people has taken me years but I have finally got to a stage where I am happy with my drawings (at least for a couple of hours). Thanks for your lovely comments x
