YAY!! New color picture!! <3 I worked really hard on this one. Took a couple hours. I still need to practice with coloring the backgrounds with markers because I still end up with streaks. I really enjoy coloring her
I suppose I should do some different fan art lol
Done completely with pencil, pen, and copics.

yes! the only thing I did was make it glow a little bit more with photoshop. But other than that all the coloring was done with copic markers

It takes some practice. I used to be afraid to even ink my work because I didn't want to mess it up. You'll be awesome at it ;D

Oh, gosh, I remember a few months ago I was terrified at inking my work. But now I'm okay with it- I just can't do it after coming home from somewhere, because then my hands get shaky and mess up the crucial areas, like the eyes or hands xDD;;
I've heard D: A friend of mine works with copics, but she never tells me how much they cost xD

She's lovely! 
The only problem with the figure that really stands out is her hand. Unless Miku is a polydactyl, the top finger doesn't quite belong here. Fortunately, the way it is situated, you can easily white it out, and shade more of her chest.
About streaks: Streaks will become much less apparent if you color in circles. It's what I do, and I don't notice many streaks. This will be effective in large areas, such as your background.

WOW! thank you! I think you are the first person in like 3 years who has given me an honest critique on my work,I really thank you for that. I don't know WHAT I was thinking with that! To be honest I didn't even notice my flaw until you pointed it out. You are right it should either disappear or the thumb should be pointing up.
I used to draw hands a lot when I first started drawing and I always liked drawing them but the past three years I have felt that I can't get hands quite right.
Would you be able to recommend any tutorials or anything that would help me with hands?

Don't worry about it, hun, I think everyone has drawn an extra digit or two in a picture. 
As far as tutorials go, there are quite a few options. I don't think you have a drawing problem as much as you have an anatomical problem, because it seems that you are quite skilled!
