I like the content and message of your piece, but I have several processes that I'd like to suggest to help you out with these kinds of pictures. It is generally a good idea to use a skeletal system when you are drawing an anime character. Not everyone uses these, but it is a very helpful and refining process for those who are relatively new to the anime drawing process. I would also like to suggest the using pencils of different graphites. It is a lot more tedious than using the same one for the entire picture, but it allows you to draw the general image and erase any mistakes without them being noticed. This multi-stepped process also better contrasts colors within a figure. I also recommend that you work on shading. Overall, you've got some great potential here; you just need to employ a few anime drawing techniques to improve.

Hey I'm wondering if I could help out your anatomy by red lining this since you are looking for a critique. If not, then that is okay and I can just send you references to look at to help out C:

sta.sh/22d10xqcuj8p?edit=1 Sorry if it's a bit much but it's a very nice pose but yet complex so it's easy to make mistakes. The arms are pretty good, but the hands need work and should be larger. I think the main issue of the pose would be the leg most hidden to the viewer as you had it too low and not connected to the hips, and you should practice feet. Even I'm not that great at feet or hands yet.
sta.sh/2moanyg2dmg?edit=1 Here are some references, I have folders have references on my computer but here are a few that would help you out the most. I recommend that you save them for future references.
Also senshistock.deviantart.com/gal… has a gallery full of pose references. You should use some of them to practice a bit.
Another great site that I love is www.posemaniacs.com/ There are so many poses as well as different angles. You can also drag the photo to change the perspective.
I hope this doesn't seem harsh haha, I'm just very straight forward and to the point. As long if you keep practising and knowing your short comings improvement can come super quick, just keep drawing C:
