Eh.. this was done a really long time ago... back in the day when my scanner actually workethed and I actually hadeth Photoshop.There's still something about the colors that makes me cringe. I think it's the combination of purple and red, gah.

I've always liked this picture of yours. The tree is all twisted and complex, and the sky is so cool! It deserved the award it got, no question.

I think the colors are fine and the background is very good. The only thing is that the outline of the tree looks slightly off, but only if you look closely. It sort of contrasts with the softness of everything else, and it makes the leaves seem like they are not really on the tree. But still, very nice.
