Talking about fat reserves for the winter, eh? I absolutely love the way it's sitting there, so perky and proud. The background is wonderful, the colours are great. Only thing I could not is the graininess on the bird, especially near its legs

Yes, I was a little annoyed about the graininess too, but my camera doesn't cope very well with high ISOs. I never go above ISO 400, as the photo would be far to grainy

Yes, graininess is the common evil among photographers You could try to get rid of it with a little touch of photoshop You're welcome
