Great over saturation of colours here. I actually quite like the fact the detail is lost close to where the Sun is. It creates an interesting effect. Keep up the great work.

No, can't say I have, but as it's my work, my ART, then I'm keeping the blooming lens flare.

A damaged slide looks just like this. Except you'd probably be hard-pushed to get saturation effects like this unless you knew a lot about pushing and filters and all that sort of stuff.
