The composition looks great.
There seems to be room to work on the colors to make it stand out more.

Nice curious eyes.
It would have been better if the gaze was towards the camera or towards the right where there is space in the frame--however great clear capture. I know it's not easy with the subject moving, especially a youngster like this

Hmm, maybe I'll see if I like this more after playing with the color balance. I do kind of like the cool colors, since it was a cold day.

I love their eyes! They're only looking in my direction in about .5% of the photos I took--they were more interested in playing with each other. (And yeah, bouncing around like crazy.) Thanks for your thoughtful comment!
