What about just "Panchia?" It sounds less like panini.
Or "Panicarex?" (Panic+Carex, a sedge genus)

Nice concepts, but the name "Pandor" should change. Maybe Panichia? ("Panic" is a terror brought on my Pan, and also has Pan in it. "Panic" is also a kind of grass. "Chia" is a kind of edible plant, popularized by growing in "Chia Pets.")

I also think the name should change...but I don't like "Panichia"...sounds...I don't know...like italiann food.
