I really like what you've done with the clouds and the water looks really realistic
but I think it'd be even better and more intense if you gave it a thicker, black frame like in some of *Solkku 's deviations like --> [link] for example. dunno though, that's just what I think...

1. Open up photoshop CS2 (duh 
2. file > open > the image you want to frame
3. Ctrl + A to select all
4. Edit > stroke
5. Fill in attributes (color, thickness etc.)
6. you are done
