this photo has a very retro feel about it. I'm not just talking about the black and white, but also about the way you frame your picture in a tiny circle to create a very "trapped" feeling to the photo. And it's so clear. My gods, that kind of quality is hard to come by depending on your camera.The use of a mirror also must be significant, since it's a window to the past. That's really clever.However, the surrounding background isn't all that interesting a background. I suppose that's intentional to draw focus onto the person, but at the same time, it's times like this that the limits of photography (in my opinion) can show. The smudges present in the background makes the thing seem almost too plain.But the use of the mirror is so good, I can't find too much fault. Great work.
