Very beautiful. The colours are a wonderful match. I really like the dress design, especially as its form is implied from the simple lines in this sketch.

Really pretty, and if the pinkie is extended like the above commenter says, then the gap between the fourth and little finger is too rounded, thus it looks like the gap you get between your thumb and pointy finger.
Also, I'm not sure what, but there's something a little strange about her centre of gravity. I've never drawn pregnant women before, so I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

I see why people are saying the left hand looks backwards, but that's just her extended pinkie, right? I draw the pinkie in that position sometimes.
Anyway. This thumbnail in my inbox made me go "Ooooh!" and I was not disappointed with the full version.
