Hoodie: www.jiffyshirts.com/fruitoftheloom (Frosted and detailed with acrylic paint/silver glitter glue. I put some slight modifications into the jacket and put more detail to it.)
Coco Brown Dickies: Kmart (Dyed to a darker brown, cut/shredded, and frosted.)
Ribbons: Milanoo (From another cosplay.)
Wig: CosplayWigsUSA
Makeup and styling: Did myself. (Even though I spiked the front and packed on product it sorta sunk. It was also very windy.)
Prop (staff): Made by me

I was just skimming through and I see a ton of Jack and Elsa.
I adore Jack, just not a fan of Elsa.
Berthier from Sailor Moon came before Elsa.
Elsa has quite a similar design as her.
Elsa just doesn't have that original quality that I like in a character.

She debuted in Sailor Moon R in 1993 and in the USA in 1995.
Berthier's older relatives attempt to control her then pretty much abandon her later on.
Her gloves help to conceal and control her ice powers.
When she's rejected she conceals herself in her own castle of ice.
She hates that her ice powers hurt and nearly killed her younger sister Koan.
Koan once fell in love with a man she barely knew, who ultimately tried to assassinate her.
The only thing that could save Koan and cure Berthier was their true love as sisters.
The similarities between Berthier and Elsa are uncanny.
