Description A lingering mist lays low
On a path known only to me
Twisting and turning, bleeding and burning
As far as the eye can see
Shadows await to ambush
Running through the trees
I will not scare so easily
I will walk my path with fists clenched tight

The ground behind me crumbles
Falling to a river of death
It shall not hinder my soul
Nor leave me in distress
I will not slow down
Even as it tempts me
I will not scare so easily
I will walk my path in dark eternity

The way is long and lonesome
Flooding by crimson tears
Time may pass with no meaning
Giving way to endless years
Patience is a virtue
I will grow to understand
I will not scare so easily

Monstrous figures upset my heart
Though they will not succeed
To unbind me from my wicked path
To a life I beg to need
I fight with my will
Until the monsters retreat to my soul
I will not scare so easily
I will walk my path in half-life

I need no solace from you
My path is barren
But is mine
Loveless, wingless and lonely
Shattered only by the note
Of a cemetery chime

I will not scare so easily
Though, I will scare
I will walk this path forever
Of a life so unfair
