This sketch is just beautiful to look at I mean from the sparkle in her eyes to the shine of her hair its stupendous, the actual shape of her looks right no line or curve is out of place, the expression upon her face is beautiful, and the shading is just marvelous, the incredible detail astounds me, I think the blushies and freckles are mad adorable, the thought that this was done with a pencil in 3 hours moves me and makes me wonder. the lack of color just being black and white give it so much character. So much detail!!! I'm loving the hair and shading. The blush and shading on the nose seems so smooth. Note on suggestion though it seems the hairline on her head with way to high, giving me a slight thinking her umm forehead it too big A way to make sure this isnt a much flaw in your future drawings you may want to set a hairline for a reasonable sized forehead, then later draw the bangs/hair. But it's alright :3 guesse my way of how i saw the picture, but overall the drawing is AMAZING!!! Keep up the spectacular work x3

I highly recommend mechanical pencils. Like the Staedtler ones.
