Hi there Frozen-Wing, my name is Jasper Speelman, I'm in the development team of the non-profit online Pokémon TCG simulator "TCGOne" (tcgone.net). At the moment we're thinking about creating some custom Pokémon cards for use in the game. We're considering to use this illustration of Ponyta on one of the cards to match the card frames and text we decided on.
