This was an iffy one as well. I originally thought Spinda, he is the epitome of "dizzy", but I've drawn him before, and he's boring, so while scrambling to think of another idea I noticed Minior's eyes. Yup, that's the only reason it is here today lol it has nothing to do with "dizzy" but swirly eyes, I just wanted to draw rainbow Minior.

Now, that being said I hate this. It's terrible. It's difficult to traditionally draw pokemon without outlines, and Alola has a lot of pokemon without outlines, it's a difficult region to draw. So Anyway, yeah it didn't come out great. I want to redraw this, but with outlines...actually, I may do that right now. Idk, until there here you go!
