NOW OWNS!based on killer dust which is diseases that float on dust blowing in the wind
these pokemon blow around in the wind scattering pollen onto others which can poison, paralyze, and do other damaging effects. they rarely touch ground because they are so light weight
they are flying/poison type
the first evolves into the second after learning poison powder (level 13)
