I have been trying to figure out how to do glows like that for my current WIP and I can't for the life of me figure it out...I'm not sure if it's me or if my older photoshop version is to blame...can't even find any tutorials on how to do it either. Any tips you have (or fingers pointing in the right direction) would help a ton and I'd sooo appreciate it!

light textures isolated on black and set to screen. then just color balance to get the color you need
