Description
A little something that got me inspired to draw and write was reading 's story [link] I know her belly was a lot bigger in the story, but in this Fanfiction she makes a discovery of a magical item that gives her the ability to channel whats within her to other women which will make Sarah more mobile. She tries to hide it as a secret from her master and gets too carried away and accidentally re-opens the portal within her.

In the dank depths of her home she rested in her bed transcribing archaic scrolls. Studying for a weak morphing spell that could help her move better with her outrageously big sphere that hold the lives of almost a thousand little fay. She now has developed a sparkling aura easily seen in night and dark places. The vivid lights have become very useful in the terms of her bed ridden self in darkness. Her golden amber eyes studied intently while scribbles of her pen making glyphs and geometry shapes.
She coughed and lifted her hand, made a motion, and a glass comes flouting forth to her hand. She looks at the scrolls again, as she drinks her eyes glared putting down the cup and sighs. She throws the papers and scratches her head in frustration “How on earth am I going to pull this off? I can barely move to go outside.” Her hands cupped over her mouth as tears drip to the sides of her face. “I wish I could fix my mistake.” she opens her eyes looking to the side remembering her masters advise. She starts to mumble “Mistakes happen all the time; you just gotta deal with the consequences.”
She pushes her self up struggling to roll her belly to make her in an up right position so that she can sit on the mattress. She sat on her knees huffing and feeling her gargantuan belly with squirming little fay. She concentrates hard on lifting her belly with her levitation power, and with extreme concentration she is able to heave herself out of her bed.
She walks slowly, with a heavy focus on going to the closet across her room. She gives out and drops to the floor panting whipes her brow and reaches to her clothes to select. She puts on her longest dress that only covers half of her inflated abdomen, she slightly pouts, but dress's the rest of the way. She soon after heaves her self to the front desk that is adjusted specially for her gravid form.
Just a few minuets later a woman, comes in the shop. She was very young looking, her figure was quite delicate, small, and her way of fashion was so colorful in a Lolita style outfit that it made you want to eat candy. The clacking of her higheels made a beat of a stroll towards the front desk with pink, jessica rabbit like, glossy, puckered lips like she was about to whistle any moment with such a curios face. Her long dark eyelashes battered as she askes of where is TW. Sarah pauses a bit shakes her head “I do not know if he is back or not miss” as she dips her quill in the ink and starts to write a letter of notice for him.
“Oh” She says “but I thought he wanted to meet now--” TW cuts her short as he appears from behind and smiles “But I do my liege.” She covers her mouth and smirks from his introduction. “She is quite lovely you know.” she holds a hand out to stroke Sarah's face “I never seen such a fine and healthy woman, especially in her condition.” TW Pats Sarahs shoulder and looks up at the ladies face “She certainly is, but she is just my little assistant” Sarahs chest shook from his words like as if some one had grasped her own heart and started to squeeze the life out of it slowly. He bows and looks up at her “shall we go then?” She smiles “Of course.” they walked out of the door and as they dissapered to the side of the window Sarah scribbles a leva spell, jumps and runs to the back.

She soon appears as a ice cream girl using the specially made kart to roll her belly in to sarah its a perfect discise. She starts to stalk them and hides with her trusty newspaper. They soon stop at a Café and she starts to sell ice cream right next to them while they are eating. TW shakes his head “Well at lest she is not shaking her bell.” She sips on her whine and grins “Your very funny TW, but I must ask why did you want me to come here?” He looks at her with eyes that were plotting and brings his hand from his mouth “I wanted to ask you something special in privet.” “Oh. And what would that be Sir Theador?” she stared to glare with a smile “I told you its a secret. We would have to be in a more privet place, I don't think its wise to be talking about our plans” She sighs happly “ Ahhh, right you are. We should go soon before you know who expects” TW sits up from his seat “Indeed.” Sarah was full of tears, but she did the best she could of not to cry or make a little sniffle. The child looked at her still patient and asked “Are you ok miss?” she whiped her tears and smiled “yeah. Here you go lil' guy, and since you waited so good I will give you two for the price of one. I will be closing up now, See yeah!” She runs back to the shop heart broken and when she made it back she dressed her self in a night gown and starts to cry. “I thought Theador made me to look like his ideal lover, but why is he with her...? Why? Does he now find me unattractive with these big breasts and this giant belly of mine? Or is it that I am not rich at all. Oh... God... I wish there was a way that TW would look at me with those sweet eyes again, and if it is to change my self to be his new different Ideal then I will do it, because he is so important to me. Please! I Wish I could feel his love again!” She bumps into a corner of a book case and a box falls on her head “OW!” She rubbes her head, looks at the floor “where did it go?” She looks around not knowing that the box was right under her swollen abdomen. She soon steps back and finds it “Ahh. There it is” She kneels to her side and picks it up. She sweeps the dust off of it and reads the gold letters “The archaic hand book of quick travel”. She tilted her head to the side in curiosity and peered at it with wincing eyes. “A quick travel book? Turns it a front and back and then looks in the index she she scans through it till she saw there was something written in the book saying “page 345 for quick delivery for a new mother” she flipped the pages til she reached the notes section and it was there writen in tw hand writing her eyes lit up as she now has discovered an answer to her problems that she was going through. She started constructing a magical device. Tools of choice a weliding mask and enchanted torch

Summary
The lady steps in as well as TW. They discuss Sarah's circumstance and they plan to meet later to discuss possible solutions in private. Sarah overhears them make plans to meet in private, and becomes jealous. Despite TW's assurance that she is beautiful while she has an enormous belly, she is convinced that he is seeking another woman because she isn't as pretty or capable anymore.
