i love the Twins too and i can see Who is Hikaru and who is Kaoru in the Anime if you lisen good you can hear that Kaoru have a soft sweet voice and Hikaru have a sweet litte hard voice

I haven't read much of this manga, but I think you added a bit of your own style to the twins. I like how the hair and eyes were rendered. The hand is drawn well, but I think showing the nai could add more to it. i also think that the shoulders could be wider since they are men.
