OK, so me the coma meant that it was over 100, the dot meant it was one like 1.40 or whatever, sorry >.<

Hey, so I'm really inexperienced with all of this, so I was wondering if there were any benefits to keeping the collar in two different pieces to sew together if you have enough space/fabric to just cut it out in one piece? Thanks!

Question: when cutting out the second piece of the x2 pieces, should I mirror it?

Hello I love you~! It was helpful as hell, I've made the upper half quite fast. But about the lower - before i cut it out and start to sew, I wanted to ask how big this hole should be... I don't want to make it too big, you know. It would look awkward.

ahahha i'm afraid i can't really help you there. it depends on the size of your neck and stuff ^^'

In step one, how is it that the two parts fit together like that if they are of different heights (39 and 26 cms respectively)? Do you curve the fabric to sew it or are they supposed to fit together perfect with the fabric laying flat? Also, part B's tail looks definitely "fatter" than the tail of part A. Is this supposed to be the way, or is part B supposed to be the same as the tail of part A without the front hood part?

Fullmetal-Itachi In reply to Takiei [2013-04-19 01:56:23 +0000 UTC]
uhhhhh, well they should fit when you put it on from the tail (whoa i can't explain), since A is taller (if you can say it like that) so yeah.
A and B should also be the same width, those are just a really messy illustration.

Err, how exactly are you supposed to sew the collar onto the hood? I've been having a hard time figuring that out.
