I got this gorgeous guy right here as a prize from =Densetsugin He's the same species as Gremble is!

A little about him:
He is very spiritually inclined, and is very peaceful.
He has eyelash markings tattooed underneath his eyes, and on his ears as well as iris and pupil tattoos on the insides of his ears to make them look like eyes.
The wings on his neck and his birds are manifestations of his spiritual being, they appear from the crook of the wings on his neck. They fly around all over the places that he wants them to (a form of astral projection), and they will come back to him and tweet into his ear what they have seen. The birds are always the same colors and always have a little halo, but can vary in patterns.
Birds and neckwings can only be seen by other spiritually inclined beings, and others of his species.
There are a few other mysteries about him that will remain mysteries until I draw them out to share yesss
