I was nearly to give up on this mod trying to preserve her original body size, so I don't recommend you to use transformer tool in this one, I think I'm going to make a proper adaptation for Mila.

You can use the Transformer tool, but you should make the mod for Marie first, then transform it to whoever you want it to replace with no hybrid or adaptive smoothing with a level of 200 or greater.
