Thanks Fluff ovo ! My own tip would be to worry less about the lines and just get the color down. I only painted this bcuz I wasn't happy with the lineart, so I erased the problem and this happened eue

I JUST LOVE HUSH SO MUCH OK!? I don't think you understand how much I avidly love and adore her. Β The poor bean needs a little light and happiness in her life! Β She tries to make it for herself sometimes, but she's so soft-spoken, so unsure of herself. Β The way this is drawn is all just so symbolic, aah. Β She has the rose from Amber, the collar from Sol, and Pebbles' gem. Β You can tell that she keeps all three in her bag to remember the three cats that she's close to, but you can tell how anguished she is right now over Pebble. Β It's like she tore right through the others in an attempt to get the gem out, discarding the other two symbolic friendships for a time as she tries to restore what was broken.
I am amazed.
Also did I mention how gorgeous this is!? You're such an incredible artist and I want all of your skills *sobs*

I haven't attempted a painting in so long, it was so odd. And required an immense amount of shading layers and opacity changes

haha yeah, at the beginning i keep up with naming them, but once everything gets going with shading i forget and it's all just everywhere
