This girl was adorable. She saw me as she went by and just stopped dead in the pathway smiling and waving at me before having the courage to say "hello Ariel"

Her mother said "did you want to give her a hug?" and she just shyly nodded, so I knelt down and opened my arms out and she gave me the cutest squeezy hug ever. The people who went by couldn't help but stop and smile at the little meet and greet that was happening before them. This really made my day and realise just how much I need to work for Disney officially.

This was taken at St. Christopher's Hospice Family Fun Day event that was held today (23rd June 2012) at their hospice. The charity try to raise money to help people from 18+ in their need when they need it most. They open their doors and give them somewhere to stay when they only have a few weeks/months left and don't want to pass away in a hospital bed. So they give them a home away from home so they can be happy when they go. This charity's work really touches my heart and when they wanted me there to help support them and have a character walking around to bring joy to the attendees of this event I couldn't say no.

(Okay... so I made the first move, but they were overjoyed at the idea and really wanted me there!)
