Description
And the fourth one in my series for SleeplessBrony's story Romance Reports. This one from Chapter 3.I decided to put in a bunch of random ponies in the background to give the impression of a proper festival. I did get my good friend *Fenwolf2003 to help and together we gave all of them names and stories. I won't clutter up this description with them, but feel free to ask if you're curious.

Heh, that's Hard Hat. An earth pony working on construction sites. He's a foreman (forepony?) there. His cutie mark is a partially built wall with a mortar above it. His wife just kinda blocks it. The colors of all these OCs were pretty much the last things I decided. He does look kinda like yours though, yeah.
