Came across this character while searching for different character's to draw from various Disney shows (Talespin, Darkwing Duck, Bonkers, etc) and I found this guy. This is Stan Woozle, he is from the New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and is an antagonist alongside with Heff Heffalump to steal Pooh's Honey, to ransom Kessie (Rabbit's Bird).Seems Stan found Pooh's Honey Stash.
