I was wondering where did you get your head model? I'm making my first fursuit partial right now and I can't find a properly sized head model to start anywhere!
Also thanks for the photo 'step by step' I had no idea you could do moving jaws with foam and this makes me really excited to try it.

Edit: Sorry, was being an idiot, re-read your comment. That styrofoam head pictured can be found at a lot of craft stores. Micheals sells them for around $5. Just take a look around and I'm sure you'll find one.

I'm not sure if I'm going to make one once I'm old enough to buy the supplies myself,but where exactly do you get the supplies? (Foam,Fur etc.)

what did you do? just hot glued the foam to the elastic?

That's probably what the person did because that's probably the easiest way that the lower jaw is gonna move if you decide to talk in the Suit. But the elastic itself was probably sewn to the Balaclava and then the foam was either Hot Glued on or the individual used what's called Super 77. Which is a type of paste you can use.
