Description
I wanted to draw a girl kissing a blade of some sort, and attempt #1 (which ye shall never see) failed, so I decided to just do something more up close.... give me a chance to draw faces for once..... inspiration for the pose was right after attempt #1, I was in conducting class, and Dr. R was up there talking, and I was hugging my flute vertically for some reason, and I realized that would make an awesome picture. And I was still in my kissing phase, so yay.

It was originally supposed to be her kissing a naked blade and her lips would be bleeding and leave a trace of blood down the side, but then I totally forgot about it and really wasn't in the mood to redo the hand positionings. Then I really didn't want to erase all the stuff that I already drew, so decided to make it an invisible sword. Yay.

Pencil. (didn't want to erase extra lines, and you can barely see them anyway)

Go ahead and colour it or whatever, as long as you credit me for it.

Title comes from a phrase in Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, and I did not come up with it on my own.
