Fanart commission for Thank you very much !These 2 girls are Akko ( Up ) and Mari ( Down) from Girl Friends ( Author: Milk Morinaga )

This art relates to the time before the manga begins, it was the first time Akko saw Mari and interested in her at first sight.
And then the manga begins with Akko coming out of the blue and almost forcing Mari to become her friend.
Eileen imagined the scene would take place a rainy day, Mari is like a beacon in Akko's eye, among the crowd of students, and this is what I have for her ò v ó)=3 I hope everyone will like it.

Hehe, it was meant as a joke. And oops, I cannot really tell... I think that the whiteness of the rain plus the fuzziness. I think or rain as reflecting whats generally, which normally means the grey sky.
So uh, I've been trying to do constructive criticism this month! Which is interesting because I worry that I come off to strong on it which would suck... Do tell me if I do.

I do notice that you made a small mistake on the background girl's leg, the leg that's firther away is bigger than the one closer to us (should be the opposite of course 
Otherwise very nice work as always, but something's different from your usual art in this one... hmm... I wonder what though. At least one thing I can point out is that I really like the uniform on the foreground character, it's like it's so detailed somehow (upper parts of it anyways including the collar and the sleeves)
I don't know what it is about this picture but it's like I could swear it's somehow higher quality than your usual works, I don't know what exactly you did, but you did it right might have something to do with contrast and these expressions you worked so hard on getting right a while back.
