I'm still on the fence about zebras and cutie marks. Given we don't know much about them I can't honestly say for sure that they do gain cutie marks. Mules and donkeys don't seem to get them and it seems to just be something for ponies. So at the moment she does not have one. If canon says they definitely do have them then I shall update her.
