Are any parts of the body be stardust and considered as common? Like front legs or stomach?

Any parts of the body can be spacedust or fur! There is no limitations on the body on where to place fur / sd

Styled tails can be any "styled" shape right? Like a Lions Tail or something? And are you able to combine the Styled Tail and the Tuft Tail?
And the extended trait sheet says there are no limit to colors, so I'm free to make one with rainbow stardust? (Well, not free but I'm able to if I buy a myo slot?)
Would it cost anything if I wanted to slightly redesign my SpaceCat?

Styled tails can be any shape, and can be tufted as well.
Rainbow stardust is fine! There indeed is no limit to what colors you choose, any combination is fair game and can be used on myos with no upgrades needed.
Slight redesigns are free, but were unsure about out major redesign policy as of right now, major redesigns would need to be discussed with the moderators.

Sorry, theyre not free to make. Standard slots are $5, however we currently have a free DTA / raffle going on, and are planning a free myo event in the near future.

It can kind of be around any body part. It doesnt really touch them though, its really floaty! Like imagine a planet and the rings it has?

No problem! Heres a quick example i sketched up~~
They can be solid, with little shapes on them, or with little breaks in them. However you want to interpret the rings on yours is all good < 3
