Description
I was bored so I decided to redraw my first ever digital art piece.It looked awful.
I didn't have the stabilizer on, did everything in one layer with a finger, used a bucket tool, messed up the neck so badly, had the lines wobbly, etc.
I was really hoping to redraw it on the same program I used before to make it (ibis Paint X), but that wasn't happening, so I just used Medibang Paint Pro instead.

Alright, so her name was Cami and she was supposed to be drawn in a comic with 4 more other OCs of mine??
She had a furry werewolf form for all I knew and liked Homestuck + baseball?? I think she had a hat too.

First of all, I really like the art style used and the color palette used, the colors fit very well, I also really like the line art and the soft cel shading used.
The lightning source is kinda confusing, sometimes it looks like the light is coming from the left of the characther (the shading on the hair and on the hoodie) but in some parts it looks like it's coming from the right, I would suggest maybe being consistent with the shading and know where the light comes from, maybe drawing a small sun as a reference helps remembering where the light comes from.
I'm not a big fan of the highlight you used for their hair, which I believe here was used as a stylistic choice? it looks too bright and a bit distracting, I suggest lowering the opacity a bit more.
I really like the way you drew her hair and her eyes, there's something about it, I just can't describe it, that makes it so appealing and beautiful to look at.
Overall, I really like this drawing and your art style in general, there's just a few nitpicks, but most of them are easy to fix and aren't really a big deal.
That's really all I find wrong with this piece, hope it was helpful <3

Yeah, when I started shading the hair and adding the other details into the hair, I had just about given up and was ready to move on to the piece, but that was still no excuse for me to randomly put darker areas in a little bit unreasonable places.
My shading's been pretty lazy every time I usually draw something as well, thanks for the critique again though!Β
