First off, Sari's pose definitely suggests movement, as do the swooshes and specks in the background, and with one tonfa readied, she appears to be charging into battle. The way the background is bright at the left and darker at the right suggests there is a dangerous situation or opponent off to the left.
Those three elements make up the theme for me.
There is one problem that I see:
The specks and swooshes should have been kept background exclusive.
Also, the black strip seemed to me like a flaw at first; it took me a while to figure out it's a floor or ground.
Overall, this piece gives a feeling of power and courage.

well are her parts mechanical or flesh now or are they flesh with chunks of machinery attached or machinery with flesh attached can she be dismantled? can she have children when she grows up and if so will they be machines or a human baby
