I wonder how Garnet lost all the blue and became a gigantic Ruby looking gem. My only question on it.....

well the first fusion was very unstable, so the colors are sperated into blue/red.
Later their relationship become closer, so the colors mixed and blue+red=violet ~ So she doesn´t lost the blue parts. They just mixed with the red ones ...
that´s my theory about it
