I am officially a Shanster now.I haven't even TOUCHED a pencil or paper in two weeks because of this Cirque du Freak series. And now that I've read all the books... I have nothing left to do but go see the movie a thousand times and draw fanart.
So here we have four of my fav characters (but god knows i have more. I'm lookin at you, Evra, Kurda, Vancha and Darius). Mr. Crepsley, Darren and Harkat, with the crazy bitch Steve in the background.

What do they change? Hmm they keep pretty much the depiction of first book the same with a few minor changes, completely abandon the second and third book but keep Murlough and make everything up in the last 3rd of the movie. Its hard to explain, but they could have definitely done better

The background? Well, the sad part is most of my grungy-background pics are accidental 
I think for this one I used cloud brushes, cracked brushes, grunge, splat, etc. Totally random ^^
