Description
She was born in the small town of Nipton in 2241. She had brothers and sisters, many of whom didn't survive past ten years of living in the Mojave.
When she was 15, her best friend Cath and some other teenagers made extra-money to be able to enter the Strip in New Vegas. It took them months, but they eventually managed to gain entry and met with the guy that Cath was drooling over. He was in his mid-20 and so were his 'friends'. They took the teenagers into some bar, got them shit-faced and next thing they knew they were in cages and about to be sold as slaves by the Legion.

Many of those who got captured that night didn't make it to the next year. Some starved themselves, others tried to flee... but it was no use when, a collar full of explosives is strapped to your neck. Somehow, Cath and Bridget made it through four years. Four long years of getting their legs spread wide for every soldier in the Legion of Caesar from legionaries to Legate.

One night, Bridget got singled out by a legionary and Cath went to the rescue. She tackled the man and, before he could do anything, she ripped her necklace from her neck. Her head exploded in a thousand little bits and so did the legionary's and the lock. In tears, Bridget took the opportunity to flee but lost her right hand while removing her necklace. The thing exploded before she could throw it away.

She had lost her best friend, her hand, but she had gained the will for vengeance.

After roaming around the Mojave to find a Doc who could give her a new hand, she joined the NCR. She was a sharp-shooter and, after a while, ended up in the 1st Recon and took great joy in terrorizing the Legion, which got alarmingly closer and closer to the Hoover Dam.

She fought in the First Battle of Hoover Dam in 2277 and, with a clever tactic trapped the Legion's veterans in a city filled to the brim with C4. The NCR won this battle but the Legion was still kicking for Caesar's head hadn't been shot-off.

The threat was still there and, during a mission she went toe to toe with a whole nest of Deathclaws... She managed to kill the young-ones but the mother jumped on her and crushed both her legs in the landing. Hadn't it been for two young soldiers, she would have died that day, tho she might have preferred it to loosing both her legs up to the knees.

She was brought back to Camp McCarran where she was told she could go back on the field. She was frustrated but, before she lost it, both the young soldiers offered their help in exchange of tutelage. She agreed and traveled with both of them for a while.

Manny Vargas and Craig Boone.

Both were nice to hand with and in the few months they spent together a strong bond had formed. They were like family to one another, which made it hard for them when she finally got back her legs. They had found an old Power armor during a recon mission and brought them to Dr. Henry.
It wasn't without reservation, but the Doc felt obliged and gave her new legs but they were heavy. Every step resonated in the distance. Every stride was a pain. She couldn't run, couldn't crawl to aim out of sight, couldn't even lay down to sleep or even sit down without struggling to get up.

She couldn't be part of the 1st Recon group anymore. The high-ranked of the NCR offered her to stay behind a desk... but she couldn't take it. She had to exterminate the Legion. She had to be outside fighting them. Annihilating them.

In a fit of rage, she resigned and went her own way. She spent a few years hunting for legionaries in the desert near Boulder city, then went back in Nipton to see her family. The town was as corrupted as she remembered but there were more important things: her family needed money and without her monthly income from the NCR, they wouldn't make it.

She left the left the hunting and became a Courier. She wasn't the fastest, nor was she the most witty but she definitely was the most trusted and that's part of the reason why she ended up with the platinum chip.

The rest is part of the New Vgas game so.... no spoil
