You have to have seen the ending of Super Mario Galaxy 2 in order to understand this comic xD (Sorry for the small spoiler, but the game is a few years old and it's mostly about the game play, not story
)In this comic, I'm just poking fun at the ending of SMG 2. You know how the luma at the end just runs away with Mario's cap? xD In game, Mario doesn't make a big deal out of it, but I decided to put a little twist to that in this comic ;D

Well, in Mario 64 for DS, if the hat was stolen, the item blocks gave you bombs. And in a few others, your health drained until you died if you didn't have your hat.

In 64, if you lost your hat you took double damage whenever you got hit. In Sunshine, if you lose your hat (which can only happen in the Pina Park stage), you slowly lose health until you either die, or get your hat back.
