This was originally a lazy sketch that I decided that I wanted to finish to see how far I could push an image and I must say I'm quite happy with it. (Lazy sketch here: [link] )
Terra was always one of my favorite heroines. She's brave and strong but she's also very delicate and afraid of the future. She goes through a lot during FFVI and sincerely I couldn't stay without her on my team
So here's a little tribute to one of my favorite game series and one of my favorite character designers.

I don't know what else to say apart that she looks absolutely perfect, from the facial features and pose to the blonde hair with green eyes, she looks exactly the way I imagine her. Definitely one of my favourite depictions of Terra

My favorite ones are IV, VI, IX and XII. I've seen my bf play X and it's really really good, and I think the laugh is akward on purpose, since they're in a tense moment just seconds before itΒ

Oh, I gotcha. Β It's still pretty damn funny anyway. Β I hear the whole debate is Kefka vs Sephiroth...that I can't tell you anything about other than I know Kefka is the Joker of Final Fantasy, and usually the Joker of a series is awesome. Β I mean, in Mario, everyone loves Dimentio!

This is absolutely beautiful. Terra is an amazing character, so mysterious and beautiful, and you've captured that mystery and beauty here. I love how you've combined the Amano design with your own flair. Great stuff!

I like this a lot, though I'm obligated to point out that I prefer the green hair from the actual in-game sprites. Still, it was worth a fav, so I did.

Thank you very much! Althoug I do prefer her with the green hair the blonde looked much better with this color composition, so that's mainly why she's blonde here.

So rad. Love the FFVI tribute. The artwork from that game was great, but it's nice to see someone pull back from that extremely stylistic look to something more natural.
