Wow the joke went right over your head.
In the theme song it goes "Captain Pronin, super star~"
Seeing as how he's a space marine, his chapter would be called the Super Stars probably.
Hence Captain Pronius of the Super Stars chapter.
It makes the joke SO much better when you have to explain it (sarcasm) -_-
