I love Lugias, their amazing. Anyway, I love how well you used space to show the depth of Lugia. It also has very nice scenery and is a very soft style which makes me feel at peace.
Though I personally feel that you could do a more detailed background. It is good, dont get me wrong. But with what I see you can make them even better with practice. Overall I love the piece, it makes you feel content.
