Kill la Kill, the attempt at creating a badass heroine that was as badass as Gurren Lagann, without the mecha. Not what I expected when I first watched it, but I slowly fell in love with it's kickass-ness as I kept watching. Lots of twists and turns and kickass battles.

Yeah Toonami initially announced it would premiere at 11:30 PM, the block's then-front half-hour.Β The promo for that is still online.Β .... unfortunately, Adult Swim decided to force them to chop off half the block's length 3 days later!Β It was just poor timing.

: I don't know why I couldn't enjoy this series enough maybe it's because the episodes are too short if they had made the series longer by at least 52 episodes then the series would be good enough to watch but hey that's just me the ghost talking.

The episodes are actually 22-24 minutes long, which is the usual.Β I suppose the pace is so fast it just seems short.

: yeah it's probably the pacing it looked a bit fast but they should use that to make an episode each week so that way their series would last long to around about at least 200 episode but that's their choice if they want to.
