Here we have the square boi, aka Toby! I'm so sorry if I haven't posted anything Steam Powered Puffballs yet!Toby is the second eldest, and the 7th member of the Steam Team, and he also defends Planet Popstar and Sodor! He can be hardheaded, but always willing to help out! His favorite Copy Ability to use is 'Spear!'
