She cries
New born
Pure, complete, not torn
One glance at her
My eyes fill and glow with joy
So cute
Just like the best ever made toy
Suddenly revolutions can wait
Try not to get "hooked"
But again I took the bait
Politics and liars matter no more
Now I appreciate my fortune and my life much more than before
Her face is small and pretty as a flower
And for her I promise to my fears not to cower.
I feel like I already won
Life is no more a battle
And I will never regret what I've done
Hush little one
Know nothing but grace, good and fun
I wish you will never learn of badness in our world
I hope you stay in a loving-warm environment, away from the cold
But one day I know
I will have to let you go
And I also know you can make it on your own.
Until then my darling, sleep tight
Sleep in peace and sleep like that every night.

This is good. It´s funny that we were to submit two poems with so similar themes almost at the same time don´t you think?
